Question: How long do I need to complete the course?

Answer: Usually, the recommended time frame for all the course is about 4 weeks. However, you can take as fast or as long as you need to complete it. There is no time limit imposed on the course.

Question: Is this a classroom type course?

Answer: No, in order to allow International Students to study, we have created an online learning environment for you to learn. It will be similar to how you access the online resources.

Question: How can we seek or clarification if we have any?

Answer: Our best area to learn is our Forum, students can also post their questions into the Free Advice Forum.

Question: What do you need to access the course materials?

Answer: All you need is a Web Browser (ie Internet Explorer / Netscape or Opera). The course material is stored in the Course Section of the Member Area.

Question: Can I print out the course?

Answer: Yes. You will be able to web page to be stored as your offline reference. Some course module also come with downloadable e-Book to complement the course material. The e-Books will require you to have the the Free Reader software.

Question: How long do I have to wait for me to access my course?

Answer: As soon as you purchase the course, wait for your order to be processed by our Sales Department (usually within 24 hours or less). Once your account has been setup, you will be able to access your course from the Member Area.

Question: How do I access the course?

Answer: Check out the Step-by-Step graphical help instructions on accessing the course.

Question: How long do I have access to the course material?

Answer: No time limit is impose for accessing your course. Once the access credit has been updated into your account, you will be able to re-download them anytime you wish to.

Question: Do I get a printed certificate after completing the course?

Answer: Yes, upon completing your course. You will have to request for the certificate. The certificate will be prepared and sent out (please give sometime for us to prepare them usually 3-8 weeks including postal delivery).

Question: What happen if I did not receive my certificate?

Answer: Most, there are a few occasions where the certificate never reached the address due to errors in the address or simply a postal delivery problem. We will re-send the certificate (at our own cost) until you successfully receive them. Please contact us if you did not receive your printed certificate.

Question: How will my certificate be delivered?

Answer: To protect the certificate from damages, we send our certificate in a standard postal tube (commonly used to store painting). Your certificate will be carefully stored in these sealed tubes and sent to you via Air Mail.

Question: Can I continue to seek clarifications and help from my tutor after I completed the course?

Answer: Yes. After you have completed the course, you can continue to e-mail Master Cecil.
