1. The past, some of the sitemaps in the sales brochure had incorrect North compass bearing on them.

2. Thus, if one were to depend on such sitemaps to plot out a Flying Star chart; the chart may show incorrect Flying Star degree = wrong flying star chart.

3. When I have the time, I always try to make an effort to compare the worked Flying star chart of the sitemap vs that of those found in either the streetdirectory.com or onemap.sg

4. Good news that the variance is just 5 degrees off. And still within the correct Flying Star chart.

4.1. For example: In the sales brochure sitemap: I got a reading of NE1 = 30 degrees. While those taken from streetdirectory.com gave a reading of 35 degrees. Both still fall under NE1.

Isn't it good news for those who had relied on the sales brochure to plot out the flying star chart. As often, the streetdirectory map only appears a few months after soft-launch.

1.3. Provided that centrepoint is clear space and not a toilet or store-room. If the centrepoint is clear space can benefit from good Feng Shui luck

1. N2 facing stacks = 94 and96 and S2 facing stacks = 82, 84, 98, 239 & 241 with S3 facing stacks =215 & 217. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2/3 facing chart.

2. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2/3 chart.

3. S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

3. NE1 facing stacks = 52 & 64. NE1. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. Gem Residences @ Toa Payoh Flying Star Feng Shui

 

Gem Residences comprises of two blocks of flats. Both blocks are situated beside a temple complex.

These two blocks are aligned in a North-South purecardinal points of 0/360 vs 180 degrees.

Thus all stacks in this development are either N2 or S2 facing directions.

N2. Stacks/Units such as1, 2, 3,8, 9, 10, 11 & 16 has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back"/rear of the unit. Thus not as favourable as compared with S2 facing stacks.

S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. Plusthe frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. Thusbased onFlying Stars the better stack isstack #15. Only disadvantage of stacks 15, 12, 13 & 14 are that they are able to see or view the temple fringe. Many would try to avoid this - if possible.

1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart.

2. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area.

3. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck.

4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.
