Yes, ba zi probably will be better for career related analysis. As based on your ba zi elements, you can know whether the career industry / job scope is suitable to you, which can impact whether the career will be suitable for you or not. So for example, if you are planning to change a career, you can see if the new career is more suitable than the old one or not.

Also, from your luck flow, you will know whether there is any issues to look out for each period, and/or whether it is a good year to make career changes. If there are clashes/harms and it affects your career, then it is an indication that it is not a good year to change for example. Also your career luck will also likely follow your overally luck flow. You learn more and can see the sample reports from this link:-
